Song-Lego
Build a song’s form from Lego bricks while it plays. Every brick is one bar, every colour one part of the song. Then practise: slower, in a loop, with a count-in.
HOW IT WORKS
Paste a YouTube link – the video plays right here. Or load your own file. Spotify, Apple Music & co. open next to it, and our clock runs along.
With your own file the program finds the tempo itself. With YouTube: tap 8 times on the beat, like clapping along.
Press ▶︎. When a new part starts, tap its colour – or drag the brick to the right spot with your finger. Every full bar drops a brick.
Tap a block to change it. Identical parts in a row become 𝄆 2× 𝄇. Then a PDF for your teacher.
Tap a block → Loop. Slow it down, switch on the count-in. With your own file also: more bass, less vocals, drums up front.
1THE SONG
An equalizer makes instruments louder or quieter, but it cannot cut them out cleanly. “Drums only” needs separate tracks – load them together (e.g. drums.mp3, bass.mp3, vocals.mp3), then you can mute or solo each one.
2BUILD & PRACTISE
LEGO BOX · TAP WHEN A PART BEGINS – OR DRAG IT ONTO THE TRACK
Keys: 1–7 brick · Space play/pause · ⌫ delete · ← → select block · + / − bar · L loop · Ctrl/⌘+Z undo
3YOUR RESULT
Nothing is uploaded. Your song stays on your device until you send the PDF or the link.
