Frequently asked questions about the voucher

• How long is the voucher valid?3 years from the date of issue – that is the statutory period, and we do not shorten it. The exact date is printed on the voucher.
• Which instruments does the voucher cover?All the ones we teach: guitar (electric and acoustic), bass, drums, piano, violin, voice and saxophone. The instrument is chosen when the voucher is redeemed, not when it is bought – the picture on it is just decoration. If the recipient is still undecided, go for the voucher with Fred waving.
• How much should I give?The smallest voucher is 3 private lessons of 30 minutes (153 €) – enough to properly try an instrument. The 10-lesson card (510 €) covers a whole term. Any amount from 153 € works too; the balance is counted at the per-lesson price of the 10-lesson card.
• As a PDF or for pick-up?Both. Once the payment has arrived, the voucher comes as a PDF by e-mail – to print or forward. Or pick it up at the school: Obersendling, Hatzelweg 25, or Allach, Gustav-Otto-Bogen 13.
• Can the voucher be used for workshops or the kids’ band?Yes. The voucher is a credit and covers private lessons, band programmes, workshops and studio time – in instalments, too. Whatever is left stays valid until the voucher expires.
• How does the recipient redeem it?Just get in touch – by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail – with the code from the voucher. We settle instrument, location (Obersendling or Allach) and time and book the first lesson. The teacher is matched to instrument and age.
• Can I cancel the purchase?You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The voucher balance itself is not paid out in cash – it is there for making music.
• I need the voucher quickly – is that possible?Allow 1–2 working days for the payment to arrive; after that the PDF is there immediately. If it is really urgent, send us a quick WhatsApp message – we will see what can be done.

Terms & right of withdrawal

• Validity3 years – until the end of the third year after purchase. The exact date is printed on the voucher.
• Partial amountsThe voucher can be redeemed in several parts. The remaining balance is kept until the voucher expires.
• No cash payoutThe balance is not paid out in cash and does not earn interest.
• Right of withdrawalYou may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement is enough, for example an e-mail to info@fretster.de. After a withdrawal we refund the payment without delay, within 14 days at the latest. If the voucher has already been redeemed in full or in part, compensation is due for the value of the redeemed part.
