Corporate workshop
A day of team building with instruments instead of a flipchart. By the end the whole team plays a song — including everyone who had never touched one before.
Music as a team exercise: one day in which your team puts a song together. Nobody needs to play an instrument — we hand out the parts so that everyone is playing within the first half hour. It ends with a full run-through and a recording that stays with you.

- No musical experience required

What is included
- All instruments and the full technical setup provided
- Two to three coaches, depending on group size
- Recording and video to take away
- At the academy studio in Munich
How the day runs
- 1Arrival: trying instruments, handing out the parts
- 2Block 1: pulse and groove for everyone, no notation
- 3Block 2: the song takes shape, group by group
- 4Finale: full run-through, recording, listening back
Corporate Band — the year programme
When one day is not enough: your staff form a real company band, learn instruments and rehearse in the studio through the year — closing with a live concert.
- Month 1: finding the instruments
- Months 2–8: fundamentals and rehearsals
- Months 9–11: band arrangements
- Month 12: live concert
Instruments, band coaching, studio rehearsals and organising the closing concert are included.
